Position Details: Mobile Developer (React Native)

Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Mobile Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native.
We are looking for a person capable of working in an international ecosystem, potentially with remote teams and ready to travel abroad for missions of few weeks to few months (mainly in the Gulf region)

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs and bottlenecks
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development

- Considering also:
o Seeing through a product from conception to finished product
o Working directly with the full team and users/stakeholders
o Ensuring cross-platform optimization

Your profile
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a related field preferred and working knowledge of products and services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience with Android and/or iOS development
• Experience with other mobile development frameworks such as Flutter or Xamarin

Job-Specific Skills
• Proven experience in React Native development
• Strong understanding of React Native, JavaScript, and its ecosystem
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web sockets
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Experience with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of DevOps CI/CD
• Good understanding in agile scrum framework
• Excellent communication skills – Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
